COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRAR AND JMO REGISTRATION

ARGANZ is committed to supporting the education and professional development of future abdominal imaging specialists. To encourage participation and learning opportunities for emerging radiologists, ARGANZ is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary on-site registrations to Registrars and Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) to attend the ARGANZ Meeting in Sydney, 20-21 March 2027. Spaces are limited and the terms of application are outlined below.

You will need your supporting document available to upload during the application process.

Applicants will receive notification of the status of their application within a month of submitting the online form. In the event of an unsuccessful application, an invoice for early bird registration rate will be sent, with payment due by the deadline of 31 January 2027. Cancellation fees will be applicable from 1 February 2027.

Full Registration Includes:
– admission to all meeting sessions;
– one admission to the Welcome Function;
– catering for the meeting;
– access to the meeting app;
– printed mini program.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Radiology Registrar (accredited) registration terms and conditions:

• Open to all RANZCR accredited radiology trainees/registrars in Australia and New Zealand
• Registration is for the full 2-day conference (Saturday and Sunday)
• Eligibility criteria: RANZCR accredited radiology trainees/registrars who are in the training program at the time of the ARGANZ meeting*
• Supporting document required during application: Letter from RANZCR verifying accredited training status or letter from the Head of Department or Director of Training verifying radiology training status
• All applications will be assessed for complimentary registration, but priority will be given to those who have not previously received a complimentary registration
• ARGANZ will be funding catering and administration costs for registrants. Upon receiving confirmation of your registration, you commit to attend and agree to sign-in at the meeting welcome desk on the day(s) that you have registered for the meeting
• Complimentary registration spaces are strictly limited. If you are no longer able to attend after receiving confirmation of your registration, please advise the conference organizer as soon as possible so the space can be re-allocated

*Anyone who has obtained FRANZCR is ineligible

JMO and Unaccredited Radiology Trainee/Registrar registration terms and conditions:

• Registration is for the full 2-day conference (Saturday and Sunday)
• Eligibility criteria: Junior Medical Officers (interns and residents) and unaccredited radiology trainees/registrars in Australia and New Zealand at the time of the ARGANZ meeting
• Supporting document required during application: Letter from hospital verifying JMO status or letter from radiology department verifying unaccredited radiology training status
• All applications will be assessed for complimentary registration, but priority will be given to those who have not previously received a complimentary registration
• ARGANZ will be funding catering and administration costs for registrants. Upon receiving confirmation of your registration, you commit to attend and agree to sign-in at the meeting welcome desk on the day(s) that you have registered for the meeting
• Complimentary registration spaces are strictly limited. If you are no longer able to attend after receiving confirmation of your registration, please advise the conference organizer as soon as possible so the space can be re-allocated
