COMPLIMENTARY JMO AND TRAINEE/REGISTRAR REGISTRATION

ARGANZ is pleased to offer a limited number of trainee/registrars and JMO’s free on-site registration to the ARGANZ Meeting in Melbourne, 24-25 February.  Spaces are limited, and the terms are outlined below.

The meeting includes the School of ARGANZ, run by abdominal examiners in the new examination format.  You will need your supporting document available to upload during the application process.

Applicants will receive notification of the status of their application within 10 working days of submitting the online form. In the event of an unsuccessful application, an invoice for registration fees will be sent, with payment due by the early-bird deadline of 21 January 2024. Cancellation fees will be applicable starting from 22 January 2024.

Full Registration Includes:
– admission to all meeting sessions, including the School of ARGANZ;
– one admission to the Welcome Function;
– catering for the meeting;
– access to the meeting app;
– printed mini program.

Day Registration Includes:
– admission to meeting sessions for the selected day, including lunchtime interactive sessions;
– one admission to the Welcome Function (Saturday registrants only), and School of ARGANZ (Sunday registrants only);
– catering for the selected day;
– printed mini program.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Radiology Trainee/Registrar (accredited) registration terms and conditions:

• Open to all RANZCR accredited radiology trainees/registrars in Australia and New Zealand
• Registration can be for a single day (Sat or Sun) or the full 2-day conference (Sat and Sun)
• Eligibility criteria: RANZCR accredited radiology trainees/registrars who are in the training program at the time of the ARGANZ meeting*
• Supporting document required during application: Letter from RANZCR verifying accredited training status or letter from the Head of Department or Director of Training verifying radiology training status
• All applications will be assessed for complimentary registration, but priority will be given to those who have not previously received a complimentary registration
• ARGANZ will be funding catering and administration costs for registrants. Upon receiving confirmation of your registration, you commit to attend and agree to sign-in at the meeting welcome desk on the day(s) that you have registered for the meeting
• Complimentary registration spaces are strictly limited. If you are no longer able to attend after receiving confirmation of your registration, please advise the conference organizer as soon as possible so the space can be re-allocated.

*Anyone who has obtained FRANZCR is ineligible

JMO and Unaccredited Radiology Trainee/Registrar registration terms and conditions:

• Registration can be for a single day (Sat or Sun) or the full 2-day conference (Sat and Sun)
• Eligibility criteria: Junior Medical Officers (interns and residents) and unaccredited radiology trainees/registrars in Australia and New Zealand at the time of the ARGANZ meeting
• Supporting document required during application: Letter from hospital verifying JMO status or letter from radiology department verifying unaccredited radiology training status
• All applications will be assessed for complimentary registration, but priority will be given to those who have not previously received a complimentary registration
• ARGANZ will be funding catering and administration costs for registrants. Upon receiving confirmation of your registration, you commit to attend and agree to sign-in at the meeting welcome desk on the day(s) that you have registered for the meeting
• Complimentary registration spaces are strictly limited. If you are no longer able to attend after receiving confirmation of your registration, please advise the conference organizer as soon as possible so the space can be re-allocated
