New multi-society consensus statement on fatty liver disease nomenclature.

Key points:
-SLD (steatotic liver disease) overarching term for steatosis
-MASLD (metabolic dysfunction associated steatotic liver disease) to replace NAFLD
-new category MetALD to describe MASLD with high alcohol consumption
