O-RADS US v2022: Update

First published in 2018, the Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System (O-RADS) outlines a risk stratification system for ovarian and adnexal masses based on ultrasound morphological features. The 2022 update is freely available in the journal Radiology.

Amongst the new additions:

-an updated lexicon with descriptions for lower risk lesions

-updates on O-RADS 3 management

-changes to surveillance recommendations for low- risk lesions
