• Dr Jessica Yang

    Royal Prince Alfred and Concord Hospitals, and Macquarie University Hospital, NSW

    Dr Jessica Yang graduated from UNSW in 2000. She is a staff specialist radiologist at Royal Prince Alfred and Concord Hospitals, and Macquarie University Hospital in Sydney. She subspecialises in abdominal and pelvic imaging and works closely with clinical specialties and is an active member of multidisciplinary team meetings including liver, colorectal, IBD, paediatric IBD and pelvic floor. She is involved in multiple research projects, frequently in collaboration with clinical specialties. Her team’s research on abbreviated MRI for HCC surveillance was awarded the Mendelson Research Prize in 2019 and the project is currently being funded by two grants for a prospective pilot study. She is one of the chief investigators on the SCANPatient research project which received MRFF grant funding. Her research has been published in high impact factor journals such as Radiology, Clinical gastroenterology and hepatology, European Radiology and Abdominal Radiology. Jessica was an author on the ESGAR consensus statement on the imaging of fistula-in-ano and other causes of anal sepsis. Jessica has been invited to speak at international and national meetings and workshops including at the European Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology (ESGAR) meetings.

  • Dr Melanie Seale

    St Vincent’s Hospital, VIC

    Dr Melanie Seale MBBS (Hons) FRANZCR studied Medicine at the University of Melbourne and completed Radiology training at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. She spent 12 months as an Abdominal Imaging Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, USA, subsequently returning to St Vincent’s, where she has been a consultant since 2009.  She has broad general experience in diagnostic radiology, including MRI, with a special interest in abdominal imaging, particularly liver, colorectal cancer and inflammatory bowel disease imaging. She also practices breast imaging and is a reader for St Vincent’s BreastScreen.

    Melanie established and oversees Peer Review meetings in the Medical Imaging Department, has been a past Director of Training, has an ongoing interest in trainee education and is an examiner for RANZCR fellowship exams.

  • Dr Joe Feltham

    Pacific Radiology and Wellington Public Hospital, Wellington, New Zealand

    Dr Joe Feltham is a consultant radiologist at Pacific Radiology Wellington/Manawatu, also working as an interventional radiologist at Wellington Public Hospital. Joe is a New Zealand trained diagnostic and interventional radiologist, with advanced sub-specialist training in interventional radiology (focusing on interventional oncology) and abdomino-pelvic MRI and CT.
    Joe brings more than 15 years’ experience to his roles, having trained in medicine at Otago University (1994), and completing his radiology training in Wellington (2005). He then completed a fellowship in abdominal and interventional radiology at Cabrini Hospital in Melbourne. He regularly attends specialist conferences in his field and has presented at and convened a number of these.
    Joe also currently holds several non-clinical positions including: RANZCR NZ branch committee member, RANZCR PPC committee member, and RANZCR examiner.
  • Dr Jennifer Shoobridge

    Royal Hobart Hospital, Tasmania
    Qscan group, Hobart

    Dr Jennifer Shoobridge works as a Radiologist at the Royal Hobart Hospital and at Qscan, and a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Tasmania.

    Jennifer studied Medicine at the University of Tasmania and completed Radiology training at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne. She has a special interest in colorectal and pelvic imaging. Jennifer regularly participates in gastrointestinal/ colorectal oncology, colorectal surgery and inflammatory bowel disease MDTs.
