The ASUM conference will be held in Christchurch New Zealand on the 24th-26th of July 2026 as well as in Perth, Australia on the 14th-16th of November 2026.

The speakers in New Zealand will be Dr Stephen Bird, and A/Prof Tristan Reddan.

ASUM is excited to welcome ASUM NZ26 delegates to the Rydges Latimer Christchurch

The Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM), is delighted to invite
delegates to join us in Perth, Boorloo, Western Australia for ASUM AU26 from 14-16
November 2026.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Western Australia, this year’s theme Challenge,
Adapt, Evolve reflects the commitment to challenging current thinking, adapting to the
changing healthcare landscape, and advancing the evolution of ultrasound in medicine
across the region and into the Asia-Pacific.

ASUM invites submission of abstracts for presentation at the conference, with the
abstract program providing an opportunity to showcase emerging research, clinical
innovation, and educational initiatives in ultrasound and related fields. For further

submissions close 15 May 2026.
