The meeting format for each delegate will be two days of educational content.  There is an optional workshop (for an additional fee, spaces are limited) scheduled for Friday 8 March 2019, as well as a School of ARGANZ Registrar Breakfast Session on Sunday morning for trainees. In 2019, we will be holding a Meeting Dinner on Saturday evening, and you will be able to purchase tickets via the online registration process.

To amend any registration details, or to cancel your registration, please contact the Conference Managers.  All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST.

***Workshop spaces are strictly limited and are an additional cost to Full Registration. Please note, you must be fully registered for the ARGANZ Meeting in order to register for the workshop.


Registration Inclusions

CPD Points

13.5 RANZCR CPD points can be claimed for attendance at the ARGANZ Meeting.
18 RANZCR CPD points can be claimed for attendance at the ARGANZ Workshop.

28 RANZCR CPD points can be claimed for attendance at the Virtual Colonoscopy Course in total.
13.75 points may be claimed for attendance at the Course on 7/03/2019.
14.25 points may be claimed for attendance at the Course on 8/03/2019.

Payment

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd.  All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.  Credit card payments are processed via a secure DPS Payment Express gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant to PCI DSS version 2.0.
If you choose to pay by Credit Card using an Australian Visa or Mastercard, please note that some Australian banks may charge an International credit card fee for the transaction - this fee is collected by the individual bank and not by Outshine Ltd.
Should you wish to register by post/email, please contact the Conference Managers, and a form will be emailed to you.  Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Cancellations made prior to Sunday 27 January 2019 will be refunded less $100.00 NZD to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case by case basis.  You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Photography/Video

The ARGANZ Meeting is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at This email address is being protected from spambots. Health and Safety

The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the ARGANZ Executive and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each meeting attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on site at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the meeting are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the ARGANZ Executive or a staff member at the meeting Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.

Delegate List

Personal information is collected on behalf of the Organisers. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation and region/state.  It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the ARGANZ Meeting. This list will not be provided by the ARGANZ Executive to any other third party.  Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.
